Welcome to Ousei International Administrative Scrivener Corporation’s website! I am Lu, representing the administrative scriveners.

Our office has received strong support from everyone and began operations in April of Reiwa 3. Since our opening, thanks to everyone’s assistance, our business has steadily expanded, and we officially established the corporation in November of 2021.　

We are committed to providing a variety of services to our clients, especially foreign clients in Japan, including residency status applications, permit applications, and international legal affairs support. We will uphold the principles of trust and peace of mind, working continuously, and hope to continue receiving your support and trust.

2002.03 Traveling from China to Japan
2011.09 Obtaining a MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Toyo University.
2017.06 Passing the National Qualification Examination for Information Processing Security Assurance Personnel.
2017.10 Registered Information Processing Security Assurance Personnel (Registration Number: No. 006126).
2018.12 Passing the National Qualification Examination for Real Estate Transaction Specialists.
2019.05 Registered Real Estate Transaction Specialist in Tokyo (Registration Number (Tokyo): No. 257151)
2021.01 Passing the National Qualification Examination for Administrative Scriveners.
2021.04 Registered Administrative Scrivener (Registration Number: No. 21080633).
2021.04 Established Ousei International Legal Affairs Office as an administrative scrivener and served as the director.
2021.10 After incorporating the office, the corporate name was changed to Ousei International Administrative Scrivener Corporation.
2021.11 Passed the Specific Administrative Scrivener Examination and assumed the role of a Specific Administrative Scrivener.
