• 2 We offer airport pick-up services to welcome foreigners upon their arrival at the airport
• 3 We support individuals in becoming guarantors and assist other foreigners in finding accommodation.。
• 4 We provide adaptation guidance during foreigners’ residency in Japan, assisting them in opening savings accounts and signing mobile phone contracts, among other support services.
• 5 We offer support to help foreigners learn Japanese, enabling them to better adapt to their daily lives.
• 6 We actively respond to inquiries and complaints from foreigners.
• 7 We provide information and support to help foreigners complete various administrative procedures.
• 8 We provide support to facilitate communication and interaction between foreigners and Japanese individuals.
• 9 We provide support to assist foreign individuals in terminating specific skilled employment contracts without any undue liabilities, allowing them to engage in ‘Specific Skill Type 1’ residency activities based on contracts signed with other domestic public or private organizations.
• 10 We conduct regular interviews and report relevant information to the administrative authorities.
